The LT8705 is a high voltage synchronous buck-boost DC/DC controller that requires only a single inductor to complete the circuit. It operates from input voltages above, below and equal to the regulated output voltage while providing very high efficiency conversion. The LT8705 has four regulation loops that can regulate the input current and voltage, along with the output current and voltage making it ideal for a wide range of applications, including solar, telecom and supercapacitor bidirectional backup power supplies.
