As previously discussed, customers are being challenged to develop lower power systems. Renesas is developing new low-power HCSL devices for the Intel Romley/Grantley platform for the server timing market. As users can see from the chart on this slide, there is significant power savings when using the LP-HCSL equivalent of the Romley/Grantley Yellow Cover devices.
