Tensility TPU M12 cables are engineered for reliability in demanding industrial and automation environments. Featuring a durable thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) jacket, they provide outstanding resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. These shielded cables ensure superior EMI/RFI protection and are available in plug-to-tinned, socket-to-tinned, and socket-to-plug configurations. Designed for A-coded (sensor/actuator) applications, they come in 4, 5, and 8 conductor variants with 22 AWG and 24 AWG options, supporting voltage ratings of 30 V, 60 V, and 250 V with current capacities up to 4 A. With an extended operating range of -40°C to +105°C and lengths from 1 m to 10 m, these cables offer the durability and versatility required for mission-critical applications.
