LUXEON M, MZ, TX, and Z ES share common die architectures and offer customers a variety of design options. The LUXEON M is a domed version of the LUXEON MZ, sacrificing center beam candle power at a higher cost for 10% more flux output. LUXEON MZ is an undomed version of LUXEON M, offering 10% less flux output for maximum center beam candle power. LUXEON TX output is ¼ that of a LUXEON M. LUXEON Z ES output is ¼ that of a LUXEON MZ. Flux output of the LUXEON M is approximately 1.1x the LUXEON MZ, 4x the LUXEON TX, and 4.4x the LUXEON Z ES.
