The ADAM-6700 series provides different I/O combinations to fit different applications. The ADAM-6717-A is equipped with input to acquire the analog sensors such as temperature, humidity, and pressure, and its digital I/O can be used for alarms and actuators. If the application requires more digital I/O, the user can consider the ADAM-6750-A which has 12-channel digital input and output, which allows more I/O. The digital I/O can be set to counter and pulse input modes. Coming soon on Advantech’s product roadmap are different I/O types such as RTD and thermocouple.
