ATS’ standard offerings of maxiFLOW heat sinks are available in 17 different base sizes and from 15 x 15mm to 45 x 45mm. The base dimensions available correspond to the sizes of the most widely used BGA packages. The maxiFLOW heat sinks, which feature dual-sided thermally conductive adhesive tape, may be used to cool components that are smaller than the heat sink’s base dimensions. All configurations are available in three different heat sink heights.
