SiT9122 Ultra-Performance, High-Frequency Differential Oscillator

SiTime's SiT9122 MEMS oscillator consists of a MEMS resonator and a programmable analog circuit that can be programmed to an almost unlimited number of configurations. MEMS custom programmability makes the SIT9122 series platform of differential oscillators highly flexible. In addition to this flexibility, DigiKey also offers full custom programming in any quantity for these devices. Custom programming includes DigiKey's standard same-day shipping and next-day delivery on orders entered by 8:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). SiT9122 is a highly flexible, high-frequency, programmable differential oscillator that supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling types. This differential oscillator covers any frequency between 220 MHz and 625 MHz, with best-in-class RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps. Unlike quartz or SAW based traditional oscillators, the SiT9122 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5 V to 3.3 V), frequency stability (±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, and ±50 ppm), and package (3225, 5032, 7050) options.
