Shown on this slide are condition tests and results of an AES benchmark made using the SAM9M11. The conditions of the tests were: frequency on the bus, 100 MHz; AES configured in ECB mode; two DMA channels are used; and one thousand 128-bit blocks are encrypted/decrypted in one DDR2 memory. Results are presented in two tables, in the first case the hardware countermeasures against differential power analysis attacks are disabled, in the second case the hardware countermeasures are enabled.
