SUS75C/SUS53C Series Ultra-Stable TCXOs

Suntsu’s SUS75C and SUS53C series ultra-stable temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) are ideal in high-speed wireless network applications. Infrastructures that may require ultra-stable TCXOs are small cells, base stations, and Wi-Fi 6.6E. These oscillators can deliver stability down to ±0.05 ppm and come in much smaller form factors than oven-controlled crystal oscillators (OCXOs). Traditional OCXOs may be in 25 mm square packaging, whereas Suntsu’s ultra-stable TCXOs are available in 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm and 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm packages. With such high performance in such a small package, they are the future of premium frequency control performance.
