Enhanced C1E Ultra-Compact Crystal

Aker Technology’s SMD crystal features an extended operating frequency topping 96.0 MHz

Image of Aker Technology Enhanced C1E Ultra-Compact CrystalAker Technology's enhanced C1E quartz crystal is updated with a superior extended frequency range of up to 96.0 MHz. It meets the increasing accuracy and reliability demands in the 5G, Wi-Fi 6/6E, IoT, and wireless communications industries.

The ultra-miniature C1E is a 4-pad surface mount device (SMD) that measures just 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.5 mm. It offers an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Its seam-sealed ceramic metal construction helps reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) effects between the package and the lid. The C1E delivers tolerances as tight as ±10 ppm and stability down to ±15 ppm in a reliable frequency control device. Other specifications include aging of ±3 ppm maximum per year, a maximum drive level of up to 100 µW, and insulation resistance of 500 MΩ at 100 VDC ±15 VDC.

The C1E is built on Aker’s flexible, high-quality manufacturing principles for cost-effective products. The C1E comes in tape-and-reel packaging in up to 3,000-piece assembly.
