At its core, the M524 features a 200 MHz Cortex®-M33 microcontroller with 16 MB Flash, 4.5 MB RAM, Arm® TrustZone, and secure boot, complemented by a Quectel® connectivity module to ensure robust, secure performance.

The M524's compact M.2 form factor, optimized for mass production, allows easy integration and upgrades via the M.2 NGFF connector. This flexible design keeps any product at the forefront of technological advancements.

As part of the Particle Industries M-Series, the M524 enables seamless transitions from prototyping with the Muon board to full-scale deployment with the Monitor M gateway, ensuring scalability across various applications.
