NEX40400 Series High-Efficiency Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Nexperia NEX40400 series high-efficiency synchronous step-down converters are designed to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of industrial and automotive applications. Each model in this series, including the NEX40400ADA, NEX40400BDA, NEX40400CDA, NEX40400DDA, NEX40400EDA, and NEX40400FDA, features a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 40 V and provides up to 600 mA continuous output current.
