SNG-Q Series Quadrature Speed and Direction Sensors

Honeywell SNG-Q series quadrature speed and direction sensors are designed to provide both speed and direction information. Speed is provided from digital square wave outputs while direction is provided using a quadrature output with signals 90° phase shifted from each other. With the quadrature output, the target direction is determined by output lead/lag phase shifting. These sensors feature an IP69K rating, EMC radiated immunity protection, an O-ring seal, and a wide operating temperature range for high reliability. Dual differential Hall effect sensor IC technology provides an enhanced ability to detect small target features providing enhanced accuracy.
