Eaton’s high power TVS Diodes provide reliable overvoltage protection with very fast response times, low clamping voltage and high peak current capability in a hose of electronic equipment. They are available in surface mount and radial or through-hole footprints and utilize silicon avalanche technology for excellent protection against damaging transient surges, from ESD to lightning strikes. The product line has up to 5 kW of peak power dissipation on 10/1000 µs waveforms and 3.5 kA peak current on 8/20 µs waveforms for surface mount packages. The through-hole product family can suppress up to 15 kW peak power on 10/1000 µs waveform and 10 kA peak current on 8/20 µs waveforms.

TVS Diodes 200 W in Low Profile SOD-123FL Package – SMF Series
Eaton's SMFE series of transient voltage suppressors have a peak pulse power capability of 200 W at 10/1000 µs, utilizing silicon avalanche technology for excellent protection against damaging transient surges. The SMFE series is designed in an industry-standard low profile SOD-123FL surface mount package that helps optimize board space for mobile and wearable devices, among many other applications.

Eaton's surface-mount, industry-standard low-profile SMA (DO-214AC) size TVS diode surge suppressors are offered with 400 W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000 μs waveform. This SMAJxxH family offers an economical but reliable solution for surge or transient events with standoff voltages up to 440 VDC.
