  • Available in various end fittings including composite ball sockets, metal ball sockets, and blade ends
  • Roll-closed tube ends, a cold forming rollover process, to eliminate the need for 360° disk welds which have higher failure rates due to gas loss and structural failure
  • Tough, ductile, fatigue-resistant nitride surface on the rod:
    • When compared with typical chrome-plated rods in 24-hr ASTM B117 salt-spray tests, nitride rods exhibited superior corrosion resistance by a factor of 8 to 1
  • Overall improved sealing properties lead to a longer gas spring life even in extreme conditions
  • Easy installation with no separate safety clip required
