3PEAK TPA2031Q is a 5 V, 55 ns TPD, push-pull output comparator with an Iq of 350 µA
3PEAK TPA2031Q-S5TR-S has a 55 ns propagation delay and is optimized for a single +3 V or +5 V operation. This device is automotive AEC-Q100 qualified and has a 6 mV max VOS, VIN 1.8 V to 5.5 V, and a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range. The input common-mode range extends 100 mV beyond the rail, and the output is push-pull and can sink or source 1 mA to within 200 mV of the power supply rail.
