120V High Side Low Side MOSFET Driver (UCC27200) Slide 2

The UCC27200 contains both a high-side and low-side driver and is ideally suited to address half-bridge and active clamp topologies, or full-bridge topologies if two drivers are used. The output can sink and source 3A of gate drive current which enables fast MOSFET switching, significantly reducing switching losses. The 120V boot capability ensures adequate headroom voltage to address most 48VDC telecom bus conversion applications. Additionally, the integrated boost diode not only reduces external component count, but improves dynamic response, reducing power dissipation.
